ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A 16-year-old from Albany is arrested after family members say he molested a 10-year-old-girl.

Albany police were called to a home on Seay Court Friday evening. That's where the family of that 10-year-old told police that her older cousin raped her.

Both the victim and the suspect were taken to the law enforcement center for questioning.

The suspect was arrested. Authorities have not released his name because the case is still under investigation.
