BAINBRIDGE, GA (WALB) - A Bainbridge man was arrested for threatening a witness in a federal case, and threatening him.  He managed to get himself in even more trouble in the process.

Decatur county deputies say they arrested 19-year-old Luke Barnard for threatening Seth Powell on several occasions.  Powell is a defendant and witness in a federal case involving a prescription drug ring that was busted last year.

After looking into Barnard because of his threats, investigators discovered information that will let them now also charge him with conspiracy in that federal drug ring case.
