THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) - If you live in Thomasville you may have seen Gussie Ann Breedlove. She spends her time downtown trying to raise awareness about her mission.
She plans to turn the old Greyhound bus station downtown into an outreach center for girls living on the street to teach them valuable life lessons like "How to maintain a livelihood. To reach out to other communities. And we can teach them sewing classes, how to make their bedspreads, curtains and their clothes, designing. Also computer training. And we would like to feed here also like 2 times a day," says Breedlove.
She says she been opening centers like this in cities across the south for the last 14 years.
