Albany - Another 20 or so kids have joined the thousands of others who are hooked on golf.
Flint River golf pro Roy Snead conducting another of his annual week long Hook a Kid on Golf camp.
The program teaches theses youngster the rules of the game and a brief instruction of how to swing a club.
The goal is these kids will take their new clubs and love for the game and continue to learn and enjoy.
Camp participant Mikelle Myles said"Having to hang out with your friends and like hitting the ball with different clubs is cool. Getting your own golf bag is also cool."
Camp participant Marcus Ware said "It is just fun and it is a great experience."
The annual Hook a Kid on Golf program end Thursday at the Flint River Golf Course.
