ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Several cars were destroyed and damaged when a trailer full of vehicles went up in flames.
Crisp County firefighters got the call just before 9:00 PM Friday night on I-75 North. That's were a trailer full of Nissan vehicles were on fire. Three cars where destroyed, two cars had heat damage, and the bin carrying the cars was also destroyed.
Traffic was rerouted for about 45 minutes as the firefighters fought to get that blaze under control.
The driver said the fire started near the tires, but firefighters still don't know the exact cause. No one was hurt.Feedback
