Albany - Georgia men's basketball coach Dennis Felton may not have one of his top scorers for the first half of the coming season.
Guard Billy Humphrey was arrested early Tuesday morning on drunk driving charges in Gwinnett County.
It is Humphrey's second alcohol arrest in the last four months.
He was charged with underage possession of alcohol in Athens back in February and was suspended three games.
Humphrey now faces a suspension for half this season for his second violation.
His head coach says it is too early to comment on the situation.
Dennis Felton said "Really it is too early for me to know everything. We are still piecing it all together and trying to figure out all the different ways that Billy is going to be impacted. But I don't know everything yet."
Billy Humphrey was Georgia's second leading scorer last season when the Bulldogs won the SEC tournament.
