Moultrie -- For the second time in two months, Moultrie Police are investigating an armed robbery at a Waffle House on First Avenue.

Two employees were inside when police say a man armed with a gun entered the restaurant at 2:30 Tuesday morning. He pointed the gun at one of the employees and demanded money. He was last seen fleeing on foot with the cash drawer in hand.

No one was hurt and there were no customers inside at the time of the hold-up. The suspect is described as black man, 5 feet 5 inches tall with a low haircut. He was last seen wearing a red bandana and a black jogging suit.

On April 10, two men armed with guns held up the same Waffle House. Shortly after, police arrested two suspects who they believe were behind that armed robbery and several others in the area.
