Crisp County -- A family feud leaves one person dead and another in jail in Crisp County.

28-year-old Terry Lynn Cason is in the Crisp County Detention Center tonight facing charges for his brother's murder.

Deputies were called to 723 Old Hately Road Saturday night.

That's were they found 21-year-old Nickolas Bryant Cason dead from a gunshot wound.

Investigators say the brothers got into an argument that led to the shooting.

This shooting is still under investigation.
