Tifton -- A South Georgia suspect gets collared by North Georgia authorities. A man wanted for assault in Tifton is now being held in the Clayton County Jail for armed robbery.

27-year-old Jarvis Reddick was arrested at a Days Inn in Forest Park and charged with armed robbery, theft by receiving, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Reddick already had four warrants pending in Tifton in connection to an auto-theft and kidnapping of Veoliver "Cadillac" Curry in May.

Jarvis Reddick was just released from prison in April after serving 10 years for a bank robbery in Tifton.
