Calhoun County -- A 27-year old Albany woman was killed Wednesday night when her car ran off a Calhoun County road and struck a tree.
Georgia State Patrol officials say Taklesia Brown died at the scene of the single car crash. It happened just after 11PM on Highway 37 about two miles east of Morgan.
Investigators say Brown was driving east when she left the road and crashed into the tree.
There were no brake marks on the road. Investigators say Brown was not wearing a seat belt.
