Valdosta - A Valdosta teenager is charged with sticking up a gas station.
19 year-old Keith Higgins is charged with armed robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
Police say he held up the Shell Travel Plaza on West Hill Avenue around 2:30 Wednesday morning and took money from two employees.
He was arrested when Lowndes deputies spotted him along highway 84.
