Plains--Two teenagers are in jail, charged with holding up a convenience store in Plains.
18-year-old William Ghant and 19-year-old Gregory Jones both from Buena Vista are charged with Armed robbery.
Investigators say they robbed the MTD store on Highway 45 about 10PM on June 4th.
During their getaway, they crashed their car and took off on foot.
The Sumter County Sheriff's Office, GBI, Buena Vista Police, Lee County Canine Units, and a Georgia State Patrol chopper helped track down the suspects.
Angel Thacker Freundschuh, 37, of Lee County, was sentenced to 12 months and a day in prison for perjury by U. S. District Court Judge Leslie J. Abrams in Albany, Wednesday.
