Albany-  An Albany man facing a 22 count indictment for illegally trafficking firearms to Haiti pleaded guilty in federal court Thursday.

In July, Waking Vincent told Dougherty County Police that nine shotguns, rifles, and handguns, had been stolen from his home. They later learned that Vincent packed the guns into a hollow television and shipped them to Miami.

Investigators say that he later drove to Miami and tried to pay someone to transport the TV to Haiti and other Caribbean countries.
