Valdosta - A Valdosta man is in jail tonight after police say he started randomly shooting at people in his neighborhood.
Police were called to Springfield Drive a little before 5:00 PM.
They say 43-year-old William Jordan fired multiple shots from a handgun, including a couple at a man riding a bicycle.
Luckily, no one was hurt.
He's charged with aggravated assault, Obstruction of an officer, Possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and interfering with a government patrol car, after he kicked and damaged a Valdosta Police car.
The city said the sanitary sewer overflow went into the east bank of the Flint River, just south of the Oglethorpe Boulevard bridge.More >>
