Shots fired at a busy Albany intersection

Albany -- One man was arrested after police caught him with gun in hand shooting at a busy Albany intersection.

It happened a little after 3:30 Sunday morning. An officer on patrol heard shots fired at the intersection of West Oglethorpe and South Madison.

That's where they found three men in a black Ford Expedition . The front passenger was firing a handgun out of the window.

When officers stopped and searched the SUV, they found four bullet casings in the front seat and two more in the back.

27-year-old Anthony Douglass was arrested for disorderly conduct. No one is believed to be hurt from those shots fired.
