Albany -- A man shot in the head at Shoreham Apartments early Tuesday remains hospitalized. But Police still haven't arrested the shooter.

 31 year old Shocothan Smith was visiting someone in one of the apartments when he was gunned down during a home invasion. He's in critical condition tonight.

Police say they are still asking the community for help, to call CRIME STOPPERS at 435-TIPS, if they have any information
