Albany -- Albany Police are investigating a late-night shooting. Luckily, no one was hurt.
Police were called to the 1300 block of West 4th Avenue a little after 11:00 PM Friday.
A witness says two men in a black Ford Escort were headed toward Coolidge Road.
That's when the man on the passenger side pulled out what appeared to be a gun, and the witness heard three shots fired. No one was hit.
Police have no suspects. The case is under investigation.
