Alapaha - Law enforcers in Berrien County are searching for two missing people along the Alapaha River.

They were reported missing late Wednesday afternoon.  A search began when their truck was found near a bridge in Alapaha.

A search and rescue helicopter is on it's way.  Sheriff Anthony Heath says at one point rescuers had cell phone communication with the couple.  Those cell phones are now dead.

A crew is now on scene and we'll have more information as it comes.
