Albany - Most high school football teams are working the fundamentals of the game during spring practice.
Albany High head coach Reginald Mitchell is working on both the mental and physical side of the game.
The Indians expect to be a solid backfield with quarterback Barry Diamond and runnings backs Dontavious Brown and Calvin Harris.
There are holes to fill on both lines of scrimmage.
The biggest thing the coach wants to accomplish is to set a new attitude for an Indian program that has had two straight winless seasons.
Albany High coach Reginal Mitchell "that is one thing we are looking for. We are looking for commitment. We told the guys once they commit wholeheartedly to the program then we will turn the corner."
Albany High opens the 2008 season against Miller County.
