Albany, GA (WALB) - The Georgia Lottery calls it the most fun a dollar can buy. A lot of you bought in on that fun for a chance at $196 million.
It's not the largest Mega Millions jackpot ever, but it's big enough to bring in extra customers to the MiniMart on Stuart Avenue. Nate Smith says he only plays the Mega Millions when the jackpot is large.
Today, he bought eight tickets and already has a plan for the money in case he's tonight's winner.
"I would pay off some bills, I would help my family, and I would just, I would travel the world a lot and I would see what I hadn't seen and I would just enjoy," he says.
The retailer who sells a winning Mega Millions jackpot ticket stands to win as much as $25,000 as well. If you bought a ticket, you can check your number tonight during the 11 o'clock news, or CLICK HERE!
