Valdosta - Police in Valdosta are searching for a bank robber this morning.
They say a masked man entered the Bank of Valdosta on Woodrow Wilson Drive around 9:15 Thursday morning.
He pointed a gun at a teller, demanded money, then took off on foot.
Police say they've called in the K-9 units and are searching the area for the robber. "We have dogs on the ground now doing a track search but I don't have the results of that at this moment. We are also doing a business to business search, talking with business owners and people along the route that may have seen him," says Bobbi McGraw with the Valdosta Police Department.
Police are also searching for two men involved in two separate armed robberies. One on James Road and the other at the Sav-a-lot on Madison Highway.
They are asking anyone who may have information on any of these robberies to contact the Valdosta Police Department at 229-293-3091.
