Albany -- Positive growth - that's what officials with Phoebe Worth Medical Center have witnessed since the hospital changed hands more than six years ago.

Wednesday morning those officials met before the Hospital Authority of Albany Dougherty County to discuss the economic and health care related impact the hospital has made in Worth County.

"With our relationship between the two hospitals in the two communities, we're able to provide top quality services on a local level that we wouldn't be able to provide otherwise and that's very important to the citizens of Worth County," says - Phoebe-Worth Medical Center C.E.O. Keith Petersen.

Phoebe Worth in Sylvester has expanded with branch Family Medicine and Cancer Clinics and is the counties largest non-governmental employer.
