Thomasville--A Thomasville man charged with murdering his wife and teenage stepson may face the death penalty.

A grand jury re-indicted 36-year old Timothy Lamar James Thursday because prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty against him.

In April 2007, his wife Tammy James was shot to death on their front lawn. Her son 16-year-old Jamayias Wyche was found dead inside the house.

James was arrested several days later in Jacksonville, Florida.
