Albany -- A Westover High School teacher threatened to kill students in his class, and some of the students captured his outburst on their cell phones.
The school system fired that teacher, and school police charged him with disorderly conduct.
37-year old Darrell Love had been a math teacher at Westover for less than 3 months.
Investigators say Thursday about noon Love learned that students put "sticky note paper" on his car as a prank. Investigators say Love went into a rage, yelling at his class of 15 and 16 year olds. When the students would not confess, he reportedly screamed that he was going to kill them all, and school officials have video of the whole scene.
A school system spokesman says students need to know they are safe in class, so the teacher was fired.
