Lee County --  Eight Lee County teenagers are charged with underage drinking and possession of marijuana after partying in the Glendale Subdivision. Lee County Sheriff's deputies seized beer and marijuana from the 18 and 19 year olds.

Neighbors complained about the rowdy teens to Sheriff's investigators who caught the teens by surprise Tuesday night in the 100 block of Creek Drive. The Sheriff's office says this should serve as a warning for other teens who might consider doing the same thing.

"This wasn't the first time, they've been having parties elsewhere," said Sheriff Harold Breeden. "So like I said, we're just sending a message to them that you can't come into our subdivisions and get in the streets and party and raise cane at night stuff like that."

Eighteen year old Julian Reever was the only one to be charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

They say Reever even had a scale, disguised as a CD to prepare the marijuana for sale.
