On Wednesday Darton college graduated one of its largest classes ever.

About 270 graduates picked up associate degrees or certificates on Wednesday night at Darton.

The college has seen a steady increase in enrollment recently.

Many of the graduates at this ceremony will continue their education at other schools.

Others are ready to enter the workforce.

"274 is one of the largest classes we've had and we expect for the classes to get bigger, we're looking to increase enrollment, we've been increasing enrollment over the last probably ten years here," said Dr. Gary Barnette, VP Student Affairs at Darton.

Early Wednesday evening, Darton held a pinning ceremony for 48-nursing graduates who are ready to enter the workforce.
