Valdosta - The seniors of Coffee High School in Douglas will get their grad day after all.

Valdosta State University invited the students to their luau Tuesday after hearing that their substitute teacher ran off with the money they paid for a senior trip to Disney World.

Each student lost $250.00.

But Wild Adventures stepped in and says while they may not be visiting the Florida theme park, they all will be spending the day at Valdosta's park for free.

"At this point now, we aren't even trying to think about it. We are just trying to have fun here. Thank Valdosta State and definitely thank Wild Adventures that they are going to give us a date to go on another grad night because if it wasn't for them, we wouldn't be going," says Coffee High Senior Janeka Dukes.

The seniors will be bused back to Valdosta on May 17th for their belated grad day at Wild Adventures.
