Thomasville-- East meets West in a rotary exchange program.   The group of 5 rotary members from Japan are visiting Georgia as part of a Rotary International Group Study Exchange.

Tuesday they toured downtown Thomasville and had lunch with rotarians there. One group member, Naoko Kawano, says she's noticed both similarities and differences from her home country. "Especially the portion of meal. We are living in southern Japan so we have the same climate in Japan.  So I like Georgia very much," said Kawano.

The group will move on to Camilla Tuesday night. They're trip to the United States ends May 10th.
