Albany -- Albany Police are investigating a burglary at a Chevron Gas station. A side window at the Chevron at 1604 Gillionville Road was found broken Saturday morning.
Inside, officers found papers scattered through out the business, and an employee noticed the cash box missing. Fortunately there was only change in that box.
The damage from the broken window will cost about $470 to fix. Officers were not able to lift fingerprints from the scene.
The case is still under investigation.
