Albany -- Dougherty County School Police charge a 13-year-old boy with calling in a bomb threat to Magnolia Elementary School.
The fifth grader is charged with transmitting a false public alarm and disrupting school.
Investigators say someone called a bomb threat to Magnolia Elementary about 8:55 Monday morning, forcing the school to evacuate students and search the school.
Investigators traced the call to a cell phone, and the student who was already on suspension from Magnolia Monday.
