Lee County -- Federal indictments against the three ring leaders in a three state, multi-county indoor marijuana operation have been unsealed. Prosecutors are seeking forfeiture allegations against two of the three men.
Frank Spring, Michael Suber, and Dean Slaymaker were all indicted for conspiring to manufacture marijuana in excess of one thousand marijuana plants.
In the indictment against Frank Spring the federal government is estimating Spring made in excess of $360,000 and there fore is seeking a money judgement for that amount.
In Dean Slaymaker's indictment they're asking he forfeit all property or proceeds he gained from the operation.
