Montgomery -- The Valdosta State women's tennis team came from behind to beat West Florida 5-4 and win the Gulf South Conference Championship Sunday.
The Lady Blazers were down 2-1 after doubles play, but Natalie Gumbrecht, Tina Trautman, Hollie Bees, and Karine Redon all win their singles matches.
The Blazers men won the conference for the second year in a row, beating Ouachita Baptist 5-2.
Joerg Ekkenga, Richard Malobicky, Leos Jelinek, and Michael Keuch all won their singles matches in straight sets.
Both VSU teams now move on to the Regional Tournament.
