ABAC tennis wins 15th straight conference title

Tifton -- The ABAC women's tennis team hosted the Region XVII championships in Tifton Saturday, and would win all but one match, capturing their 15th consecutive conference title.

The Fillies Monika Lalewicz is the top-ranked player in the nation, and region MVP She won her match 6-0, 6-0 over Yooha Nam of Georgia Perimeter.

The freshman Lalewicz also teamed with Kedi Magakgala to win the doubles match in straight sets.

The National Tournament begins May 3rd in Tucson.
