Atkinson County - An Atkinson County Commissioner could face jail time for threatening to kill a family member.

Dwaine McClellan was ordered by a magistrate court judge to pay a two hundred dollar good behavior bond.

The court order comes a week after McClellan got into a fight with his brother in law, Davis Delbert.

Police reports say McClellan threatened to kill him and pointed a gun in his face.

The court told both men to stay within 200 feet of each other and seek family counseling.

If they don't do it within 60 days, they'll be put in jail.
