Albany - The South Georgia Wildcats will have a new starting quarterback for Saturday's game with Green Bay.
Head coach Derek Stingley has decided to start Andrico Hines against the Blizzard.
Ironically, Hines first ever start for the Wildcats came against Green Bay three years ago.
Hines was only signed Wednesdaybut was here for a tryout late in training camp last month.
Head coach Derek Stingley says an experienced AF2 quarterback like Hines will have no problem adjusting to the Wildcats offense
Derek Stingley said "Once he understands terminology and what receivers are named what he will be okay."
Andrico Hines said "Hopefully the game will come back to me. I am just a little rusty. Hopefully, it won't take too long maybe a quarter or two. I am sure it will be alright."
The Wildcats have will also start Seth Cook at offensive guard and move Lou Vega to center.
Cook was acquired in a trade with Spokane. And newly signed Nate Finlay, an international player from Canada, will see action on the defensive line Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. against Green Bay.
