Albany -- Another business is leaving downtown Albany. Downtown Live Bar and Grill is moving to Northwest Albany.

They'll keep the name "DownTown Live" when they open in the former San Jose Restaurant location on Dawson Road in May.

It's the third business to leave the same block of Broad Avenue recently. Longtime downtown owners say newcomers should be more patient.

"We've got some new ideas that we are trying to get into play that is already in the books as things to do. But we've got to make sure that we give it time for those things to take place," said New York Fashions Owner, William Livingstone.

"And this is why when an institution has established itself you have to kind of stick and stay through the hard times."

Envy, a women's clothing store on Broad Avenue, is also moving. Harvest Moon moved earlier this year.
