Albany -- An Albany man pleads guilty to stabbing the mother of his children to death, while the three children watched.

27 year old Ernest Sims was sentenced to life in prison plus five years. Sims stabbed 24 year old Jessica Acres 35 times while she held their six month old child in her arms. Their five year old twin children were also witnesses to the murder under the carport of their Crescent Street home on August 22nd.
