Albany -- An Albany business owner is charged with insurance fraud, for failure to pay workers comp insurance on his employees.

 59 year old Kenneth Drawdy, Senior of Drawdy Roofing Company was arrested March 26. Investigators say he failed to pay more than $75,000 in worker's comp insurance premiums over the last three years.

Investigators say since his arrest, Drawdy has paid restitution to the insurance carrier.

 If convicted, he could face five years in prison for each count.
