Randolph County -- A missing Cuthbert teenager is found and is back at home.
Police said 19-year-old Cornelius Price was spotted about 6:00 Tuesday morning, walking along the US 27 bypass north of town.
He had left his home on East Harris Circle around 6:00 Sunday night.
Police say he had been depressed, had talked about suicide and had a knife when he left home.
