Albany -- Someone illegally dumped more than 200 used tires in a truck drop yard in East Albany.

The tires were dumped at the rear of this truck yard on Pecan Lane near the Marine Base in the last two weeks.

Owner Morton Perry said over the weekend he found between 200 and 300 used tires on the property. Those tires can be a significant health hazard, as breeding ground for mosquitoes and snakes.

Investigators have no suspects so far.
