Thomasville-- The driver told police the brakes went out on his truck as he approached the intersection at Cairo Road and Highway 84.
He had to swerve to miss an oncoming car and that caused him to overturn and dump his load of logs.
He was hurt, but investigators say his injuries aren't life threatening. No word on what charges he'll face.
