April 4, 2008Albany -- The Exchange Club of Albany held its 'Proudly We Hail' program to recognize and honor those who do an exceptional job displaying the American flag.
Everyone who was honored Friday received a plaque for their patriotic spirit.
"All of us can agree that we can all be patriotic and support out country, and I think the flag and flying it properly is a wonderful way to do that," said Scott Tomlinson of Flint Community Bank.
