Columbus-  A judge sets a half million dollar bond for an Albany businessman held in Columbus on cocaine trafficking charges.

Fifty four year old Andy Barfield remains in the Muscogee County Jail Tuesday. At a bond hearing Friday, Judge John Allen set Barfield's bond at $500,000.

Barfield was arrested in January after buying five kilos of cocaine from undercover officers at the Welcome Center on Williams Road. Barfield owns Barfield Rentals and Construction and has rental properties in both Dougherty and Lee Counties.
