200 airmen deploy from Moody

March 31, 2008

Valdosta - After just a few months off, 200 airmen from Moody Air Force Base were deployed again over the weekend.

The Airmen were part of the 822nd Security Forces Squadron.

Officials at Moody can't say exactly where they're deployed only that they'll serve at the Central Command Area of Responsibility overseas.

The airmen of the 822nd just returned from Iraq six months ago.

They'll come home in another six months.
