Sumner -- A stretch of Highway 82 in Worth County was shut down Friday afternoon after a tractor trailer hauling farm chemicals overturned.

State troopers say Julian Sanon of Winter Haven, Florida was attempting to pull over to let a passenger drive.

He over-corrected and the truck flipped over on Highway 82 east in Sumner.

Both east and west bound lanes were shut down for more than an hour and a half while crews worked to remove the wreckage.

Sanon and his passenger were treated for minor injuries and released.

We're told those chemicals were non-toxic.

Sanon is charged with failure to maintain lane.
