Worth County --  The state patrol's accident reconstruction team is trying to determine what happened Wednesday afternoon in a collision on Red Rock Road in Worth County.

18-year-old Steven Wayne Dietzel was killed when his Ford Explorer was hit head-on by a Chevrolet Silverado.

The driver of the truck, 17-year-old Jason Eugene Williams, is listed in "fair" condition at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

His passenger, 14-year-old Matthew Patton, was not hurt.

Troopers originally thought Williams made an improper pass, and said he would be charged with vehicular homicide.

But now, troopers said they do not know how the 3:00PM wreck occurred, and said no charges will be filed, until the reconstruction team's report is completed.
