Moultrie -- A former nursing home employee is charged with sexually assaulting an elderly nursing home resident.
Moultrie Police arrested 47-year-old Charles David Cone of Cairo.
He's accused of fondling and performing oral sex on a 92-year old man at the Woodlands at Cobblestone Assisted Living Center.
Moultrie Police is in charge of the investigation which is still on going. Cone remains in the Colquitt County Jail charged with several crimes including aggravated sodomy.
