Albany - South Georgia Wildcats coach Derek Stingley and his staff are preparing to have to make some very difficult decisions this weekend.

Sunday is cut down day in the AF2.

That is when all teams have to have their rosters down to 23 players.

Coach Stingley says receivers Antwone Savage and Boochie Ibeh are pretty much locked in as starters and so are many of the line positions.

The big decision to make is who will start at quarterback where Cecil Lester, last year's back-up to D.Bryant, Walter Washington and Bruce Eugene still are battling for the number one spot on the depth chart.

Derek Stingley "There is still guys out there who have to show me what they can do even at the quarterback position.  No one has really pulled away from each other to show me that they should be the starter in week one."

Wildcats open the season at Tennessee Valley on March 29th.

The home opener is April 5th.
