Albany -- Two Dougherty County men are charged with beating and robbing a neighbor in the front yard of his home Thursday morning.
48-year old Julio Mateo and 28-year old Saul Vela are charged with robbery by force and aggravated battery.
Investigators say the two men jumped Jorge Jimenez at a Holly Drive mobile home park, beat him badly, and stole $300.
Investigators say Jimenez refused treatment despite the beating.
