Thomasville Police are looking for two men who attempted to rob a store, scaring customers and clerks.
Albany -- The Albany Museum of Art needs volunteers to help them make a bid.
"Let's Make a bid" is the museum's largest fundraiser. It's a live auction that you can watch on WALB on April 6th.
Viewers call in and bid on items and services donated for the cause, but in order for this to work, they need volunteers to answer those phone calls.
"What we have are individuals that come in, and they take all of those calls. If you've seen any telethon, the thing that makes it work are those individuals who are catching those calls and taking those bids," said Director of Marketing and Development, Calandra Jefferson.
The Museum needs 40 volunteers to work a shift. If you or your organization is interested you can call the Albany Museum of Art at 229-439-8400. The fundraiser on April 6th will run from noon to 6.:00 PM.
